    Fine views from Palma 🌊

    Brekkie was unreal, the staff were super friendly, and we loved the two outdoor pools-never over crowded! The sea view from our room was a proper treat!

    Had a bit of a hassle with the air conditioning. Could've been better, man.

    I loved the property and its lovely and exceptional breakfast.

    The venue's position was central. The room was newly renovated and huge, offered a minibar, central heating and an iron.

    The venue is clean and nice size, views are wonderful, the location is good and stunning adjacent to lovely gardens, a commercial centre and €10-15 taxi in to town. The poolside bar is stylish, loved this place.

    Air conditioning issues require serious attention!!! The decor in several areas desperately needs refurbishment!!! It's unacceptable to have a dirty pool bar with expensive menu offerings that don't match the poolside vibe!!!

    We liked the most the relaxing area/spa/pool. Room was nice and clean. Staff & view excellent. Silent area. Location recommened especially for those who look for relaxing times, and not for parties.

    Pretty difficult to reach the hotel on foot. Breakfast was good, although no diversification from one day to another and therefore, it became in the end quite boring eating there. Some creativity in this area would have helped. In general, food is too expensive comparing to its quality. Beside breakfast, we would not recommend any other meal.

    The staff are very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Buffet breakfast was excellent and included in the rate.

    Other than breakfast, meals and serving staff are mediocre for a 5 star hotel. Fortunately there are good restaurants in the area....

    a lovely stay with room for improvement

    The staff in the restaurant were really good, always attentive and eager to help. I particularly enjoyed the fine ocean view from my room. Breakfast was a good experience with a wide range of choices, from fresh fruits to delicious pastries that catered perfectly to all tastes.

    The hotel, though beautiful, seems to show signs of aging and in need of some updates.

    The room i was given as a single was too small.I was ofered to upgrade at a cost of 66 euros daily.

    the fridge wasn’t stocked with water or coffee pods after the first day but the breakfast was insane so much to choose from. pool areas are really nice and not crowded at all. staff friendly and super helpful with anything we needed.

    The gpro valparaiso is a chill spot with fine views and a great pool area. The breakfast was super fresh, and the staff were friendly, always ready to recommend amazing local restaurants. Easy transport links made getting around easy.

    Very classy hotel, particularly the rooms, fully furnished, with an amazing spa and wonderful swimming pools. The staff is also very nice.

    A little bit expensive, but the spa is worth it. Plan for a car or taxi to go to city centre as the hotel is built in the heights of Palma.
